About Paul Skonieczny
As a professional airline pilot for over 35 years, I have developed a high degree of
professionalism and attention to detail. These are the same qualities that I serve my clients with
their real estate needs. My love for the Emerald Coast began over twenty years ago on our
family's first visit to 30A. Shortly after that first visit, we decided to buy property and build our
family beach house. Over the years, my wife Cheryl and I have built countless family memories
